Our nurse-led prevention and assessment service gives you a complete clinical picture of your health today. We screen for risks you may not feel yet, so you can act early with confidence.

Identify cardiovascular, metabolic, and musculoskeletal risks before symptoms appear. Early detection gives you the most options.
Every metric we measure becomes your personal health reference point. Track changes over time with clinical accuracy.
Receive a clear, nurse-authored report after every assessment. Shareable with your family doctor or specialist.
Using medical-grade InBody bioelectrical impedance analysis, we measure your body fat, skeletal muscle mass, and total body water at a segmental level — meaning we can see exactly how each limb and your trunk compare. This goes far beyond a standard BMI reading, giving you a precise clinical picture of your body composition that can be tracked and compared over time.
A finger-prick point-of-care lipid panel gives you a full picture of your cardiovascular risk in minutes. We measure total cholesterol, LDL (bad cholesterol), HDL (good cholesterol), and triglycerides — the four key markers your doctor uses to assess your risk of heart disease and stroke. Results are reviewed with you on the spot by your registered nurse.
We test both your fasting blood glucose and your HbA1c — a measure of your average blood sugar over the past three months. Together, these two values give a far more complete picture of your metabolic health than a single glucose reading alone. This combination is the clinical standard for detecting prediabetes and type 2 diabetes before symptoms develop.
Spirometry is the gold standard for assessing how well your lungs are working. You breathe into a calibrated device and we measure how much air you can exhale and how fast — producing your FEV1/FVC ratio and peak flow values. This is the only reliable way to detect early-stage COPD, asthma, and other obstructive or restrictive lung conditions before they significantly impact your quality of life.
Grip strength measured by a calibrated dynamometer is one of the most clinically validated markers of overall health and longevity. Research consistently shows it predicts cardiovascular outcomes, fall risk, and functional independence better than many traditional metrics. We measure both hands and compare your result against age- and sex-matched norms to give you a meaningful, actionable score.
80% of chronic diseases are preventable with early detection and lifestyle changes. Our assessments are designed to find risks before they become conditions.
Clients who establish a health baseline are significantly more likely to detect meaningful changes early and take timely action.
