We currently serve the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), including Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, and surrounding communities. Enter your postal code during booking to confirm service availability in your area.

Yes, we offer a hybrid service model. You can choose convenient home visits where our nurses come to you, or visit our health center for your health assessments. Both options provide the same high-quality nurse-led care.

Our services are not covered by provincial health insurance (OHIP) or private insurance plans. We offer transparent, competitive self-pay pricing. Detailed pricing is provided during booking, and we provide receipts that you can submit to your Health Spending Account (HSA) if applicable.

Most appointments take 30-45 minutes depending on the service. Blood draws typically take 15-20 minutes, while comprehensive health assessments may take up to an hour. We always ensure quality care without rushing.

All services are provided by Registered Nurses (RN) and certified medical professionals. Our team members are fully licensed, insured, and undergo rigorous background checks. Each professional has years of clinical experience in their specialty area.

We offer same-day and next-day appointments based on availability. Most routine appointments can be booked within 24-48 hours at your preferred time slot. Home visits offer flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

All plans include the same comprehensive services. The difference is in commitment length and pricing: Monthly at $499/month offers flexibility, 6-month at $424/month saves 15%, and Annual at $374/month saves 25%. Longer commitments also include priority scheduling and exclusive health resources.

Private Health Management is currently a self-pay service. However, some HSA and FSA accounts may cover preventive health services. We provide detailed receipts that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider for coverage eligibility.
