On August 5, we returned to 8 Chichester Place — a familiar community that welcomed us with open arms just a few weeks earlier. This time, our visit wasn’t just about health screening; it was about reconnecting, reviewing progress, and reinforcing confidence in every step of their wellness journey.
After the first visit’s full body composition assessments, this follow-up served as a meaningful “check-in” for many residents. Our focus was hypertension awareness and tracking changes in personal health metrics like body fat percentage, weight, and muscle mass — simple numbers that can reflect real, life-shaping progress.

Many of our seniors came back not just out of curiosity, but with a purpose — to see how far they’ve come, and what they could do next. One participant shared,
“I didn’t think my walking routine made a difference. But now I see my muscle went up a little. I feel encouraged to keep going.”
These moments remind us that health isn’t just about numbers. It’s about hope. About giving people — especially our elders — a reason to believe that small changes matter, and that they are never alone in the journey.
We also gave a short talk on blood pressure self-monitoring, empowering seniors with tools and understanding to manage one of the most common chronic conditions in aging. The group learned how lifestyle, medication, and even stress can impact their readings — and how regular check-ins can help them catch warning signs early.

WOXY Care Circle is more than a visit. It’s a relationship.
By returning, we build trust. By tracking, we offer insight. And by listening, we create change — together.

We look forward to the next visit and continuing to walk alongside each resident as part of the WOXY health journey.
