Our services are delivered by Registered Nurses licensed with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO), ensuring the highest clinical standard at every visit.
We provide detailed official receipts for submission to extended health benefit plans or HSA/FSA accounts. WOXY services are not covered by OHIP.

Yes. The prices shown for assessment services are all-inclusive — there are no hidden fees or add-ons. For home care services, pricing is customised based on your specific needs, duration, and location. We always provide a clear quote before any service begins.
A travel fee may apply depending on your location. We serve the entire Greater Toronto Area within a 30 km radius of our North York office. Contact us and we'll confirm the exact cost for your address upfront.
WOXY services are private-pay and are not covered by OHIP. However, many extended health benefit plans cover registered nursing services. We provide detailed receipts that you can submit to your insurer. Some HSA and FSA accounts may also cover our services.
If you're unsure, start with the Initial Health Assessment — it's designed to give you a complete picture of your health and help you and your nurse decide what ongoing support makes sense. You can also contact us directly and we'll guide you.
We ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may incur a fee of 50% of the service price. No-shows are charged at 100%. We understand emergencies happen — contact us as soon as possible.
Yes. Payment is due at the time of your appointment. We accept cash, credit card, and debit card. For Health Concierge memberships, billing is processed monthly, semi-annually, or annually depending on your plan.
