We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure the right nurse is matched and confirmed. For urgent situations, please call us directly and we will do our best to arrange same-day or next-day support.
Hospital Bedside Support is not covered by OHIP. We provide itemised receipts that may be submitted to your Health Spending Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA). Please verify eligibility with your insurer.
