Nurse-Led Home Care Delivered to Your Door

Home care nursing is professional nursing care delivered directly to your home or hospital bedside. At WOXY, all home care is provided by Registered Nurses (RNs) licensed with the College of Nurses of Ontario — not PSWs or unregulated aides.

WOXY offers six home care services: Medical Escort, Private Care, Hospital Bedside Support, Post-Discharge Care, Post-Surgery Recovery Care, and Tube Care. Each service is delivered by a registered nurse and can be booked as a standalone visit or as part of an ongoing care plan.

In most cases we can arrange same-day or next-day visits. For urgent needs, contact us directly by phone and we will do our best to accommodate you as quickly as possible.

Yes. All WOXY nurses are Registered Nurses (RNs) licensed with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO). We do not use PSWs or unregulated care aides for any clinical services.

Yes. WOXY provides care in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. This is especially valuable for clients in Richmond Hill, Markham, Scarborough, and North York who prefer to communicate in Chinese.

Private home care nursing is not covered by OHIP. We provide itemised receipts that may be submitted to your Health Spending Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA). Please verify eligibility directly with your insurer.
