A 45-minute assessment integrating InBody 570 full-body composition analysis, spirometry lung function testing, vital signs measurement, and registered nurse interpretation. Designed for individuals seeking objective clinical metrics to support their training objectives.
Starting from $120. Receive a comprehensive digital report upon completion.
Full analysis of muscle distribution, body fat percentage, and visceral fat across 15 body segments. Understand your body composition with clinical precision to inform training and nutritional decisions.
Spirometry testing measures FEV1, FVC, and peak expiratory flow to evaluate aerobic capacity and respiratory efficiency. A critical metric for endurance performance that is often overlooked in standard fitness assessments.
Body composition, lung function, and cardiovascular markers are assessed together and interpreted by a registered nurse. Receive an integrated action plan connecting all metrics to your training strategy and recovery priorities.

A 60-second scan that breaks down your body into 15 segments. See exactly where muscle and fat sit, track visceral fat levels, and calculate your basal metabolic rate. The same device trusted by professional sports teams and research clinics worldwide.

VO2 max receives significant attention, yet foundational spirometry remains the appropriate starting point for most active adults. FEV1 and FVC establish whether respiratory capacity is limiting endurance before aerobic testing begins.

A low resting heart rate and strong SpO2 indicate efficient oxygen delivery. These are early signals of cardiovascular fitness that your watch cannot fully assess.
Raw data requires clinical context to become actionable insight. A registered nurse explains what each metric means for your sport, your age, and your goals, and provides clear guidance on next steps.
One assessment replaces three separate appointments and provides a complete baseline.

Read MoreEvery session includes three clinical-grade assessments: an InBody 570 full-body composition scan, a spirometry lung function test (FEV1, FVC, peak flow), and vital signs measurement (blood pressure, resting heart rate, SpO2). A registered nurse then spends about 20 minutes interpreting your results and answering questions.
The full session takes approximately 45 minutes. The InBody scan is under 60 seconds, spirometry takes about 5 to 10 minutes, vital signs are quick, and the nurse-led review runs about 20 minutes.
No fasting is required. For the most accurate spirometry results, avoid heavy exercise for 2 hours before your session and do not smoke for at least 1 hour prior. Wear comfortable clothing and normal shoes.
Spirometry is completely safe and non-invasive. You simply breathe into a mouthpiece following the nurse's guidance. Some people feel mild lightheadedness after forceful breathing, but this passes within seconds.
For athletes in active training blocks, we recommend every 8 to 12 weeks to track progress. For general health monitoring and baseline tracking, every 3 to 6 months is ideal.
Yes. Your digital report is formatted for easy sharing and includes all raw metrics plus nurse interpretation. Many clients send it to their coach, physiotherapist, or sports physician to inform training adjustments.
WOXY offers Performance Lab sessions at our Toronto clinic and through home visits across the GTA, including North York, Scarborough, Markham, Richmond Hill, and Mississauga.
Performance Lab is a self-pay preventive health service and is not covered by OHIP. We provide itemised receipts that may be submitted to a Health Spending Account (HSA) or private insurance wellness benefit.
A regular InBody scan measures body composition only. The Performance Lab adds lung function testing and vital signs with nurse interpretation — giving you a complete picture of your physical capacity, not just your body composition.
The Performance Lab is suitable for anyone aged 18 to 65 who is interested in understanding their physical baseline. You do not need to be an elite athlete — the data is valuable at every fitness level.
