No fasting is required. For the most accurate results, avoid heavy exercise for 12 hours before your scan and stay normally hydrated. Wear comfortable clothing.
InBody uses a very low-level electrical current through your body. It is safe for most people, but anyone with a pacemaker or implanted electronic device should not use it.
For anyone actively training or changing their body composition, we recommend every 4 to 8 weeks. For general monitoring, every 3 to 6 months is sufficient.
