Common Questions

The InBody scan measures total body water, protein, minerals, and body fat. It then calculates skeletal muscle mass, body fat percentage, visceral fat level, segmental muscle and fat distribution, basal metabolic rate, and an overall score.

The scan itself is under 60 seconds. Including check-in, a brief chat with the nurse, and reviewing your report, most visits are done in under 10 minutes.

No fasting is required. For the most accurate results, avoid heavy exercise for 12 hours before your scan and stay normally hydrated. Wear comfortable clothing.

InBody uses a very low-level electrical current through your body. It is safe for most people, but anyone with a pacemaker or implanted electronic device should not use it.

For anyone actively training or changing their body composition, we recommend every 4 to 8 weeks. For general monitoring, every 3 to 6 months is sufficient.

Yes. Your digital report is formatted for easy sharing. Many clients send it to their trainer, nutritionist, or physician to support training and health decisions.
